Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
• Damaged or defective items are covered with photo evidence — no return shipment needed in most cases.

How to start a return

1. Email support@turbojet.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue an immediate refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
